SOT-227B

SOT-227B is an internally insulated high-power package. Its metal base achieves electrical isolation from the internal power circuit through ceramic gaskets, which allows direct mounting on the heat sink without additional insulation. It is suitable for power modules such as IGBTs, MOSFETs and rectifiers, featuring high power density, low thermal resistance and low parasitic inductance.
